  • This ODDGRIP® Online Store follows Finnish legislation and regulations. These terms of purchase apply to all orders placed on this website. In case a certain product on a placed order is out of stock, we notify the customer of this by e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing caused by technical failure.

    Our customer service is available in English, Finnish and Swedish.

  • The processing time for orders is 0-4 business days. The actual delivery time depends on the delivery method used on the order. Congestion may cause delays to projected delivery times. Shipping times may also be affected by global and regional factors. For inquiries about undelivered shipments, we recommend always first contacting the local postal office directly.

  • Tax free prices are shown for certain customers based on their location. Prices are shown without Value Added Tax (VAT) or other sales taxes for non-EU countries. Taxes will be added to the subtotal in checkout based on the shipping location. The VAT is not collected on orders from Åland Islands and non-EU countries. When the order recipient country is set to a non-EU country or the Åland Islands, the prices shown on the website will be adjusted to represent a tax-free price. Final prices of the goods and shipping can be seen in checkout. The customer is responsible for additional taxes and customs duties in the recipient country's location.

  • Shipping fees will be added to the order subtotal on the checkout page. Congestion may cause delays to projected delivery times. Shipping times may also be affected by global and regional factors. For inquiries about undelivered shipments, we recommend always first contacting the local postal office directly.

    We reserve the right to include additional shipping and/or handling fees on orders after the order has been placed.

    We ship individual orders via International Postal Services without tracking. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

  • If you're not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, please send a reclamation email to store@oddgrip.com, detailing the possible flaws of the product. If possible, include a picture of the flaw in the product. In the case of a manufacturing flaw or an error in the contents of your order, we always aim to find a way to compensate the buyer directly.   • If you want to cancel your order, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on every product we offer providing it is unopened, unused and in original condition. Please email us at store@oddgrip.com or fill out the form on our website to submit your claim. We only refund taxes paid to ODDGRIP® during order payment. We don't offer free return shipping for order cancellations.

  • The product pictures are for illustrative purposes only and the actual products don’t necessarily look exactly the same as the product pictures.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages due to any obstacle beyond our influence. These type of force majeure situations include unusual natural phenomena, disturbances in transportations, and strikes or trade or export prohibitions.

    We are also not responsible for any disturbances, interruptions or downtime of this online store.

  • These terms apply only to this ODDGRIP® online store and are governed by the laws of Finland.

    Any disputes that cannot be solved by negotiations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
